Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are a great way to stay in shape and make new friends. Benefit from our experienced, professional instructors and the energy of a classroom setting. Best of all, these classes are included with your membership, so be sure to take advantage of as many as you like!
The following class types are available on a weekly schedule:
- MindBody Group Exercise – including mat Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, and more.
- Land Group Exercise – including aerobics, cardio, Zumba, boot camp, cycling, and more.
- Water Group Exercise – including aqua chi, deep water interval training, fibromyalgia/arthritis ROM, and more.
